Marjoram
Family Labiatae (or Lamiaceae)
Origanum majorana (= Origanum hortensis), marjoram (O. majorana 1), is a bushy perennial, 40-50 cm high, with stalked, entire, greyish hairy leaves, and lilac flowers in axillary clusters (O. majorana 3).
